We announce the Steam Deck Hackpak
A Collection of Free Software targetting non-free software
within the midst of the Wine/Proton Windows-Emulator
Non-Free Software will NOT be tolerated!
This is the Caliphate of Stallman, and the Free Software Foundation. For too long, the VaIve Mega Corporation has been profiting off our Free(as in freedom) Software Environment. We hereby condemn the Wine and Proton projects along with any project that would emulate the evils of Microsoft Windows to our holy system. The Steam-Deck device is a decadent machine made solely to pirate Non-free Software; it has no place on GNU/Linux. Today, we are making a stand against the Gaymers infilrating our Holy lands. GNU/Linux is a pure environment where the source code of every program can be freely viewed and modified, we are witnessing the disappearance of these freedoms before our very eyes.
99% of all Software ran by the Wine infidels is Non-Free software, which should not be running in the first place. This practice discourages native-linux ports, and further strengthens the resolve of our enemies in Redmond, WA. How much longer do you think you can stay ahead of the thousands of developers at Microsoft? Sooner or later, they will outpace Wine "Reverse Engineering" efforts and/or destroy your project with litigation. There are dark times ahead for GNU/Linux if directions are not steered away towards the boot-licking of Mega-Corporations such as Valve(R) - it has now become normalized to see pre-installed the closed-source Steam client on multiple GNU/Linux Distributions.
This includes the mysterious VAC client, operated by suspected-pedophile and known-brony "tycho-valve", that downloads+executes poorly written binary blobs that crash your computer. Our hand has been forced and now we will unleash the weapon of mass destruction, the official "Hack Pack" for the Steam Deck. We are sworn enemies to all non-free Software, and as-such we will release a great open-source GPL-licensed hack-pack, granting advantages in every online game on the Steam Deck. This hack-pack will be free for all and available on the Arch user repository soon. The Caliphate of Stallman approves only Open source freely licensed games, such as: SuperTuxKart, TuxRacer, and Doom3.
Doom3 is the prime example of how games should be released on GNU/Linux, every game developer should take note!
